Q. Thanks for your ministry.  Recently my 15 year old daughter, who is a Christian, asked me how the various races came to be since we are all descendants of A.  Adam & Eve and B. of Noah and his sons.  Can you shed any biblical light on this question?

A. All races that populate the Earth today can be traced back to one of Noah’s three sons.  Genesis 10 is called the Table of Nations and shows how this began. These 70 names represent all the races on Earth.  You have to do some digging to find their modern names but it’s a worthwhile undertaking. To get you started, Japeth is the patriarch of the Caucasians who populated Europe and Asia, Ham brought forth the races of Africa and the Arabian Peninsula, and Shem began the Semitic people of the Middle East.
